NacoTaco

Meet our Co-Host & Guest Vendor: NacoTaco ๐ŸŒฎ
For years, NacoTaco has been serving up authentic Mexican street food in Hanoi – real tacos, bold flavours, and a space where the cityโ€™s taco lovers gather. Naturally, theyโ€™re stepping in as co-host and venue sponsor for the first Vietnam Taco Fest. The festival will take place at NacoTacoโ€™s open-air concept space, 100 Garden, a garden-style venue built for food, drinks, music, and community gatherings.
Yes, NacoTaco will be serving their fan-favourite, Hall-of-Fame tacos during the festival, but they will not participate in the competition, choosing instead to host the stage and let the competing vendors take the spotlight. They will also run the exclusive festival bar and dessert program, keeping the drinks flowing and the sweet finishes coming. ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿน
Craving a taco? Catch them at the festival!

Founder & Executive Chef of T.U.N.G dining

Hoang Tung is among the young chefs contributing to the evolving voice of Vietnamese gastronomy. His journey from studying economics to pursuing a life in the kitchen, has been guided by a simple but persistent belief that Vietnamese cuisine holds a profound story worth sharing with the world. After formative years training in Nordic kitchens, he returned to Vietnam and founded T.U.N.G dining in 2018, the countryโ€™s first restaurants dedicated to the tasting-menu format, with the hope of exploring Vietnamese ingredients and ideas through a contemporary lens.
Since then, T.U.N.G dining has gradually gained international recognition. In 2021, the restaurant was listed among Asiaโ€™s Top 100 Restaurants by The Worldโ€™s 50 Best, making Chef Hoang Tung the youngest Vietnamese chefs to receive this acknowledgment at the age of 28. From 2023 to 2025, T.U.N.G dining Hanoi has been featured in the Michelin Guide, alongside recognitions from La Liste, the Robb Report Gourmet Collection Top 25 Restaurants, and other international platforms.
Alongside the restaurantโ€™s journey, Chef Hoang Tung has also received several personal recognitions, including Forbes Vietnam Under 30 (2021), Chef of the Year at the Vietnam Restaurant & Bar Awards (2022), and being named among Tatler Asiaโ€™s Most Influential Gastronomies (2024).
In 2021, he further expanded his culinary exploration with ร… by TUNG in Ho Chi Minh City. Guided by curiosity, perseverance, and a quiet sense of responsibility to his roots, Chef Hoร ng Tรนng continues to explore new expressions of Vietnamese cuisine seeking not only refinement, but also deeper meaning in the stories that food can carry.
In late 2025, he began a new chapter with RUN=FUN โ€“ The Eating Room, a casual fine-dining concept that reflects a more relaxed and playful approach to gastronomy. Though still very new, the restaurant has already received warm support and encouraging attention from guests, marking another meaningful step in his ongoing culinary journey.
